As cool travel jobs go, we think we’ve found our dream one! TomTom is looking for people to spend 2 weeks on the stunning Seychelles islands. If that wasn’t enough, the successful applicant will earn 10,000 euros for mapping the islands…there are 115 of them but we can think of worse jobs! All expenses are paid. The trip for 2 weeks mapping and exploring Seychelles islands will include:

About this mapping job
Successful applicants will need to explore Seychelles islands in a specially equipped mapping car, the first stage of the TomTom map-making process. No mapping experience is needed, but TomTom is looking for people who would enjoy visiting rainforests, banana and coconut plantations, who don’t mind great weather and who have a decent sense of direction.
This mapping field work will take anything from a day to 2 weeks depending on how much time is spent sunbathing, swimming or exploring. It’s a hard life for some! Here is a map of Seychelles islands if you need to make yourself acquainted with this paradise island (click map to enlarge):
