We had a lovely overnight stay recently at The Abbey Hotel in Redditch when we visited family in the Midlands for the weekend. The hotel is super convenient being located just off the M5 and is situated on a 175-acre estate with a spa, swimming pool and 18 hole golf course. Our boys loved the swimming pool but unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the spa or golf course, but from what we saw they both looked lovely and would happily stay again and get to enjoy these facilities.
The family room we had was very spacious with nice views overlooking the golf course and it was perfect size for us 2 adults and 2 children. The room had a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi along with tea and coffee making equipment.
Breakfast had the perfect choice of continental and full English for us which we all enjoyed before heading out.
Parking was free so the Abbey Hotel ticked all the boxes for us and we wouldn’t hesitate recommending a stay at The Abbey Hotel to others, especially families like us.
