Coral Castle

Built by Ed Leedskalnin as a monument to his lover,. The monument, known as the Coral Castle, stands almost unnoticed in a corner of U.S. Highway 1. To build the castle, Ed Leedskalnin used a type of sedimentary rock abundant in Florida, composed of fossilized coral. Nobody knows how this man, who measured just five feet tall, managed to move and cut 1,100 tons of rock, without special equipment, while working alone.
