Now that Spring is well and truly here, there’s more daylight hours to do more cool things in the great outdoors like run, hike, bike, climb and explore. In Cornwall where I live, the outdoors is one of the biggest single reasons why I moved to this lovely area of the UK and bring up my two boys. With stunning coastal and countryside paths to explore, beaches, cycle tracks, cliffs and caves, Spring is the time of the year I love best, especially after the stormy winter we have just experienced! We didn’t have any ice or snow like these following pictures but looking forward to exploring and getting more active outdoors again that’s for sure.

With many people leading busy lives, staying connected with the outdoors gives everyone a chance to refresh their spirit and stay active while discovering the world.

That’s why The North Face is launching the Longer Days campaign, giving consumers the inspiration to run, hike, climb and explore longer this spring.
